Default Magnaflow High FLo Cats

is it worth buying 2 magnaflo high flo cats for 80 bucks brand new and will they make a big difference or even any on a 01 v6 stang

wat r the chances that i wud get pulled over for exhasut if i ran no cats or shud i just do that??? is it extremely loud, or really raspy or wat does it sound like??? thanks

Your v6 will sound like a ricer. v6's have a even firing order and we have to live with it. Stay with cats. The only time a v6 will sound good w/o cats is if you run longtube headers w/ h h pipe and mac(any chambered muffler will work)

wait soo 232forme would u suggest me getting the high flo cats instead of jsut getting rid of my cats???

Yes go with cats. You have four originally. You can have two taken out, and have the cats left, replaced with hi-flo cats. And like stated before, Sixers should always run cats, until they have long tube headers.

only time you should not use cats on a six...is if you have a aftermarket cam, longtubes, o/r h, and a chambered muffler...the cam kinda takes the ricey out of it

but if u have that chance...you might as well get rid of your stock cats and replace them with the 2 high flow ones

That is exactly what im saying. Even for the sixers making alot of hp the highflow cats make a couple hp loss then running no cats and they sound a hell of alot better.
