Default Problems with fuel efficency

Normally at 1/2 tank i'm atleast at 150 miles. Now I'm at 100 miles and at a 1/2 tank. What would cause this? Is there a way to improve my fuel efficency? What parts could i get to help me out? I am running a stock 2002 3.8L auto transmission.
Thanks for the help

Using the heat in the winter uses quite a bit of extra gas. That might be the problem.
