Default What tires?

I have to drive from Florida to Oklahoma in a week, and was wondering what tires I need. right now I have Nitto 555's and I might run into snow or rain on the way home, and I know these are not going to work.

What is the best street tire there is? I need it to hook(i have over 500lbs of torque BTW) and be able to drive in the snow, rain, or whatever esle i might get in.

Ive got pirelli pzero neros that turn sticky at the track on warm days and is a soft compound that works GREAT in rain and decent in snow.
