will 2007 wheels fit 2001

I have some stock billet wheels for sale and a girl called today and asked if my 2007 wheels would fir a 2001 mustang. will they?

They got the same bolt pattern but I think the offset is different. I'm not sure what problems that can cause.

They fit, but they stick out a bit.

from what i an remember they will technically "bolt on", but the backspace is vastly different. I believe you need spacers to make it work, I think they might rub without.
