Default Tire Measurements

How exact do tire measurements need to be? I was looking for 275x40x17 however i found some that are 275x45x19... Will this make any difference? Will it still be a good fit for the 17x9 1995 Style Cobra R Wheels?

this is how they determine tire sizes

Width of tire/ Tirewall (% of width) x size of the rim it fits on

take a stock tire for example
245mm wide / 45% of the width x 17in rim

a 275/45x19 is one freaking huge *** tire and tirerack.com classifies them as a sport truck tire..haha...

for your rims, the highest you can go is 285/40x17 tho the reconmended is 275/40x17

275/40/17 is the best fit for your wheel size.
