Default Camber bolts?

I know that most people use CC plates when they lower there stangs but what about just the adjustable camber bolts (stangsuspension.com). I have had my stang lowered for over a year and the inside tire wear is bad. I had the camber looked at when I first lowered the car and was told it was fine. So much for fine? So I just put on some fresh tires and want to prevent this from happening again. Has anyone else just went with the camber bolts? I have a friend that has a 07 and he used the bolts and they seem to work fine but that is also a 07 not a 99-04. Any info would be great.

NAPA chamber bolts ~ $30

I had a terrible negative camber after my 4 cyl spring install. Here's my #'s

Before camber with upper OEM plate maxed out to +:
left = -1.9 right = -2.5

After camber with NAPA Camber bolt kit installed:
left = -.04 right = -.04

Part #'s for the bolts are 264-3638, you'll need two
