Pretty easy but do not rush and keep safety in mind since springs pack a punch when released under compression.

If you disconnect the strut from the A arm (or axle), you can lower the arm/axle far enough to where the spring is no longer being compressed, and it will come out safely and without much of a hassle. This is how I did it, because I couldn't get a spring compressor to fit.

Spring install is really easy. You don't need a spring compressor, and they won't shoot out and cave your chest in. http://www.dndgarage.net/springinstall.htm

you will need 2 people for the rear spring because the axle moves and one person has to push it back so you can slide the bolt back through the control arm. follow that write up above

definitely a good idea. I usually have someone lay down and push with their feet against the axle to push it toward the front of the car so I can get that last control arm bolt through. Another tip, once you have the rear springs in the pockets, connect up the shock and it'll hold it up high enough that it won't fall out (normally). You shouldn't have to remove the RUCA's either but if you leave them on you may have to step on the ends of the axle to get the spring out.

Remember, a floor jack is your friend. Scissor jacks are suicide.

Did mine by myself in about 1-2 hours but it would go a little faster w/ an extra hand.

I usually use a second jack to keep the pinion at the right angle. Since not much force is needed, a spare tire jack is fine for that but a floor jack should be used for everything else.
