stupid tie rods

okay, is there any way to easily get off my tie rods? i need to take both the inner and outer off.. but i can't get the out to actually come loose.. any easy way?? i will be able to use a lift monday

May sound stupid but did you use any penetrating lube (and no not WD40)? That usually helps a bit.
