Default Ordered all new bolts, spacers, idler pulley for P1SC

I have had to remove my supercharger for numerous shredded belts, pulley alignments, alt. replacement, etc. I noticed today, while i was re-attaching my blower unit, that some of the bolts are stripped. I call Procharger and ordered all new bolts, spacers and a new idler pulley. Hopefully, this will aid with the pulley alignment issues that i was having last year.

Anyone else ever had this problem?

Whats the easiest way to line up that stupid little offset bracket(between the idler pulley and the altenator)? I stripped mine. Do you mark it once its lined up? I will pm you.

I jacked my own thread.

No what I did was try to set it y leaing aliitle room for it to wiggle from left to right. Because once you get the bloer back on the bracket ecomes tight against that offset. It takes alittle time to get it back on their ut once you do it will seat up just fine. It's easier just to take the altenator off and get the bolt in their becasue the altenator is notched and should just rest on it. I wish that peice would have been designed better so you could put a wrench on it.

I made an appointment at Livernois Motorsport for a tune, so we will see.

Every time i think i am just about ready, something else comes up. Altenator went out, water pump, installed LCA's, shocks, struts and still need to do cc plates and strut tower brace. I do my installs a little bit at a time. Video, who knows, maybe this weekend.

The thread for the tensioner pulley is stripped, so it looks like its going to the shop. I am tired of fooling around with it anyway. :bash:

This sucks big time. Memorial weekend and no stang.

Are you sure you stripped it? I had to have my tuner hook my racket up since that off set was installed incorrectly.
