Default H&R Super Sports +CC plates

How absolutely necessary are new C&C plates when installing H&R SS's?

Would I be able to get away with it for a month or two without them or will the alignment be all fucked to hell?

only way to know: get an alignment and see if the specs are fubar'd. if not, then you dont NEED them...if they are get 'em. Thats what I did...my CC plates are sitting in a box. Of course the SS springs ride lower than the Race ones I have.

In most cases, you will need them with the supersports. I drove around without c/c plates for about 3 months, and the alignment was horrible.

You'll be fine. You definitely will have a harder time getting a tire friendly alignment though. Budget for some MM plates at your next opportunity.

FYI, once you have CC plates some alignment shops will charge you more. Talk to your local tuner and ask them where they send their custom alignment jobs.
