This is one reason why I am glad to be installing a Novi-2000. I think there may be 1 ricer faster then me in the entire state by the time I am done.

Cobalt SS Supercharged are pretty sweet. I beat a stock one by about 2 car lengths twice (when I still had an automatic), but I've also seen one that had a pulley change rape an 01 Cobra with full exhaust, slicks and 4.30s from a stop.

the cobalt ss's r slow!!! i rape them all day long plus one of my friends has one and we raced a couple of times (wasn't pretty)...i raced one in my wifes 99 toyota soloara and kept up with it until 70ish then it started pulling oh and had three people in the car.. pos in my opinion

there is the ls/lt with a 2.2 148 hp ,a ss n/a with 175 hp, and the ss s/c with 205 i have a ls and do not like it that much. i got it for the mpg but now i am looking for a gt mustang so i can have a fun car. they do have stage kits for them but they onl;y bump it to like 250 for the s/c the have a twin screw kit out for them. i have seen ss s/c run against mustangs and never seen one beat a mustang. all the ones that i have seen beat one have been stock v6's.

the cobalt ss is about a 16 second car, i've heard a few rumors it can run high 15's but no better than that as it comes from the factory.
what they run when modded...i have no idea. all i know is the damn things are ugly, and they look like a girly car (like the cavalier).
i've blown several of them away, and i have a completely stock motor in my Mustang GT, so I'm not too worried about them.
