SpringsStang oh god how could i have spelled you're wrong?!!?!? thats much worse than being unable to comprehend 5 sentences my 7 year old brother could understand!
Is your little brother fat too? does mommy get him upgrades for his little huffy bike to lose weight?

well if their sayin that ram air dosent work, then it was prolly the SS's torque that helped him pull away from me once we hit 120+. makes since. me and him were in the 01 SS and we raced a 01 z28 (both cars stock). we won the first race and the z28 won the second. so i guess that helps with your ram air myth

Thats like saying a 99-04 gt with exhaust is gonna kill a 98-02 camaro or TA, its not gonna happen....

But if he says he beat it i believe him but either the s2000 was screwed up, he wasnt trying, or didnt know how to drive.

hey now im backin the s also . it was actually the car i was lookin for b4 i found my stang in whole sale in the back lot of my work....

yea a stock s2000 can prolly beat a stock gt but since we have more torque we can get away with so so driving but the s2000 needs to b driven like a pro cuz of the lack of torque and high rpm hp....

i dunno if im making n e sense to u all

the S2000 is a corner carver. They can run low 14's in the quarter, but they are difficult to launch.

They are about dead even with a 99-04 GT from a roll. I barely pulled on one when I had several bolt ons and 3.73 gears.

a new edge gt should destroy the s2000 from a dead stop. But if the s2000 is launched right, it should about catch up with the gt

thats not entirely true, thats a half truth...it has to do with transmission loss too... and the S2000 0-60 stock is 6.0....not 4.5 what the hell were you saying?... No doubt it's decently quick, but the key with imports is they have so much stock engine work done, with ours theres alota potential with the stock block, with theirs, you gotta go more bolt ons for power...or new power adder...

the fastest time that was recorded for the s2000 0-60 was 4.5. the guy who hit that time was such a good driver he didnt even use the cluth to shift. and i have no idea where you get your info from, i dont know maybe idontknowjacksh*taboutcars.com. the slowest time i have ever seen a s2000 0-60 time was 5.5. im just going to leave that at that.

ask the guy if he bought it with almost 17000 miles on it. i think the guy who bought mine brought the car in for some big problems. im not sure what the problems were, but my mom told me that whoever has it ragged it out pretty bad.

You guys are arguing about a car that is practically rare. i bet there are 150 mustangs on the road for everyone one of these. And of those, prolly 80% are driven by chicks. I have yet to see anyone behind the wheel of one of these younger then 55 besides. To me this is what a retired guy buys his wife for their 40th anniversary...just like a Z-3.

(OK, maybe I overstated this a bit, but you get the point)

Im goin to have to pull the BS flag on that one. true they are rare thats what makes them awesome. i was 16 when i got mine, im pretty sure thats no where near 55. and alot of older people dont like them cuz there hard to get in and out of. when i got mine there were only 4000 made that year. there are over 160,000 stangs built a year. dont even try to put the z-3 in the same class as the S. not even close. no wife gets this car. this is your bare bone sports car. no power seats, no trac. control. and you got to love the engine start button
