I HATE SALT!!!

Yesterday I wash my car, which sadly doesnt happen as much as I want it too now that school has started... and it F%&*ing SNOWS last night and even though everyone and thier mother knows it would have been COMPLETELY melted by noon, they decide to salt the s%&$ out of the road and completely destroy my freshly washed car.

Ok for the southern and just plain ignorant folks here (like me). Besides the part about speeding up corrosion and all, how does salt affect the looks of a ride? Seems like to me the snow/slush on the road would make a ride just as dirty. Maybe im missing something here I guess.

This is all from the same Jeep Liberty.
