Check your MAF sensor. I just had that problem with my 95 V6 mustang. I had the same 2 codes and after datalogging the MAF voltage, I found that it was barely even responding at all.

vacuum leak. also check PCV lines, breather hoses and vacuum lines. listen for a whistling while it idles. that'll help you find it.

^^ Also a possible solution, but I went through all of that myself when I had those 2 codes (no MAF sensor code either) and could not find any leaks at all, and verified with a vacuum gauge, and like I said, there was basically no voltage being sent to the computer and thus, too little fuel was being injected.

The vacuum leak would be likely be the cheaper fix. Check that first, but if you don't find any, go to the MAF sensor.
