Well ever since I got my mail order SCT tuner my car has not been right. I was not pleased at all with my mailorder tune ( no it was not AM) the car was running rich and the timing was all out of wack, one reason I went with a mail order was because I didnt know of a place in my area, well I found an awesome place about 45min away and today I got a real tune and my car runs sooooo smooth and pulls so good, Im very happy!! I know not all mail order tunes are crap but the one I got was. Green is stock, Red was my (so they called it) tune, Blue is what came out of today! It was was my first time at a dyno very cool!

 

not bad 240/280 is a good starting point, just goes to show you how much better a dyno tune is

 

Yup now its time for more mods.......Im dying for an X pipe!!

 

nice results. thats what i had when i only had my cat back 241/289 actually. since then i put a catted x pipe on, 4.10's, and a mail order tune from AM (xcal2) next up is some suspension, DR's, Custom Dyno Tune, and a nice set of headers. lol.

o and where did you get your tune done at, i see that your in York, PA. i am in Chester County. lol

 

Nice job. Where did you go for your dyno? I live up the road from you in Etters and I usually go to a place in Dillsburg. They work mostly on Mustang's and they have done both of my dyno's. I really like the work they do. If your interested let me know and I can let you know more.

 

Thats sounds like the place I went to McNews Performance in Dillsburgh.

 

kauffmans is a little outside of dillsburg. i had them install my racing bypass for the vortech.

 

Just for some info, Kauffmans has changed their name to SGS Automotive and Performance. Kauffmans sold it to some of their employees. But that is the place I go for tunes.

 

looks like your tuner knew what he was doing. everything just like I expected. Decent numbers too... my first dyno tune got me at 244/281 from 221/279 bone stock and 232/280 with bolt-ons. I didn't let my guy get that aggressive as I WHIP my car like it owes me money.
