If they ever make a 'White Box', you should damn sure go for it. The Black Box is the bomb! I personally think they should make one in every color because people that don't have black cars are missing out.

I can pretty much guarantee that the black box worked so well because you got it professionally detailed a couple weeks prior. You applied the turtle wax over the teflon, and it made it stand out much more.

When I used to get my car professionally done, he used the teflon stuff. It looked its best about 3 washes after i got it detailed.



I'm going to go ahead and say that the black box can be used on any dark color without a problem.


But you should definitely invest in a porter cable, and some high quality product. Instead of waxing every month or whatever you do, you only have to clay, polish, wax/sealant every 6 months.

It did a lot to cover up a couple of minor chips and scratches I had.
I wonder if, like in spit shining boots, a couple coats of black, followed by a couple coats of "clear" would work well?
