Yea it's vinyl. Doesn't hurt the paint at all, it's the same as your mach 1 stripes. It's a mother ****** to put on though, I'll take some closeups of it tomorrow...looks pretty bad, lol..mostly my friend's fault for letting the main piece fold over onto itself, causing some herpees like bumps in it.

I'm repainting the CAI while I'm at it, I have a Q..is it alright to paint the MAF? Or should I just leave it alone

Now I just need to do something about that upper intake manifold. I was going to gank one at a junkyard, but got all of the bolts off to notice one of the mounting points for the coil pack was cracked off.

 

Looks good.. But I think maybe... You shoulda painted it white.
