Default To keep the wing or not...

Alright guys here's the deal. Just dropped the car off for fresh paint, and I'm debating on having the rear wing removed. I'm torn because the black wing will go nicely with my new paint scheme which includes the addition of a widened black stripe on the hood and a black roof. But I also like the wingless look. The reason behind this is there's another blue mach in town now driven by a complete douchebag and I don't want people mistaking him for me.
Personally, I like it either way and i cant decide for myself. So I need some help from you guys, (and gals).

P.S. I'm not repainting the car just because of another car, I've had problems with my clearcoat and using it as an excuse to change my look a bit.

Are you doing the roof the satin black? That'll be the first Mach I've seen done like that. I love when the hood has the entire center painted rather than the small stripe so good call on that. The wing will definitely help to carry on the black across the whole car, but would look good wingless too lol. If had a Mach I'd probably keep the black wing on though, just because it's mach thing ya know.

If you're painting the roof black, I'd say you could probably get away with removing the wing, and the black should carry along the car well still. I'd look into maybe a Cobra spoiler, and painting a black insert on the bottom center of your back bumper maybe? To carry a little black to the rear of your car, possibly. Are you changing the color, too?

+1, if I were going to do it, I'd go satin black as well.

Don't know much about paint, but I'd just get it painted the same color as your wing. Looks sick:

Im going gloss, I would have to use a different type of clear for the flat and it would be hard to meet the two clears without having a ridge. I don't want something that will be a headache to care for. I think I will be happy with it, I'm having all of the black painted to match so I won't have different blacks on the car. I stopped by the shop today to check out the progress. The car is primed and ready for wetsanding.

BTW I'm keeping the wing
