Can someone tell me where i can find a spoiler like this and for how much

 

that is an 03/04 cobra spoiler. i got mine off of ebay.
you shoud try www.latemodelrestoration.com. i think they might have it.

 

try the parts desk, i think randy can get you one but there not cheep.

 

yea. the parts desk sounds good too. but they arent cheap. i can tell you that right away. you have to buy the spoiler, the light for it, and a new harness for the light. and its probably unpainted too. for such a simple spoiler, it adds up.

pretty sure he will ship those just not the big things like front and rear bumpers. Not positive but I remember v6mp was going to have the sideskirts shipped to him

 

I do believe it's because of members like V6MP that he no longer ships those items, I could be wrong though.
