Exclamation Spoiler Spoiler Spoiler

If anyone has knowledge about spoilers and removing them, I'd really appreciate your info.

My question isn't very typical because my spoiler is already removed, it came off by accident during a storm, it involved some unintelligent guys who used it as grip when pushing my car. I was planning on getting the spoiler off so I'm not too disappointed, I like the look of it a lot more now without. However, I am curious about the way it was removed, is it broke, or can it actually pop off the way it did.

This is how it looks, the spoiler is in one piece, the hood has 4 small metal clips 2 on each side of the trunk, located above the rear lights on the trunk, that line with small black square holes on the bottom of the spoiler. By looking at it, it looks like it just popped out of the clips, nothing visually seems to be broke, I don't see any uneven areas or chips of plastic on the bottom of the spoiler near these holes.

I am pretty sure spoilers are supposed to be removed by taking the pins out from inside the bottom of the trunk. The upside to my situation is the small metal clips aren't even noticeable and if I removed them with the spoiler the normal way I'd have holes to fill or plug. If anyone knows what I am talking about can you let me know if the spoiler can snap back on the same way it came off, I haven't tried yet and I am also basically wondering if it is currently in anyway damaged.

Hmm, it doesn't sound bad. As long as the four long screws of the spoiler are still intact and threaded you can just nut and washer that sucker back to the trunk.

Hahaha one of the screws is in inside the spoiler, I can hear it bouncing around and I am pretty sure there is no way to get it out!

Yikes! Even three will be stable. just put some rubber tight under the end with no screw so it doesn't rub/rattle. I don't think there's a safe way to open a spoiler lol. I've got lots of water in mine haha!
