Question help help headlights !!

Guy's i just sold my projector and i put the org. light back but they look so bad.they look there's fog in the light. i don't what to buy new ones is there any product i can use to clean it up or a place to get it cleaned??"(i live in humble,tx and yes houston is close)"One more thing in www.americanmuscle.com they have smoked-headlight should i buy one or not???
