Window Tint
I have been thinking of tinting my windows.. BUt i don't want to spend $100
i know i can buy some tint at autozone, but can anyone tell me how to install it properly??
also do yall think i should go with 15% to be on the safe side with the law or go ahead and go with 5% for the look since i hardly drive with my windows down?

i'm freakin' movin' to texas!! it's 35% i think here is legal. 15 is still perdy dark, 5 is crazy dark i think. personally, i'd go somewhere w/a good rep. i don't think i've ever seen a DIY tint job that lasted very long.

Oklahoma is good to. 5% is the legal limit here. Tint is a really easy concept, you put on some sort of glue, put on the tint, squeegy the air bubbles out, let it dry, and dont roll down your windows for a couple of days. Like I said, the concept is easy, actually doing it correctly and making it last for a long time is hard

My tint cost $200 for all windows and a front window strip plus a lifetime warranty. 35% is legal on the fronts and 5% in the back here. I did 35% fronts and 15% rears. If I could have I would do 15% all around. My last car had 5% rears and was too dark for night driving (mainly backing up). I would never do mine just because of the hassel but good luck if you do. I'm sure if you search around the net you'll find many how to's.

15 all around is good.. if you have harsh laws you have to deal with like we have you can do what I did. 35% up front, 15% in the back (Tint in the front is "illegal" here). Looks pretty good.
EDIT: I actually read your post now and since you don't have strict tint laws there I would do 15 all around. I think its hard seeing out of the back window with 5% at night.

Looking for a professional window tinting service
I just bought a 2008 Mustang v6 deluxe last week and want to have a professional window tinting service to add the dark tints on it but searched online sometime for a local area shop yet it's awful difficult to find one except a pro guy who does it on his own who lives close by. My local area is in Jacksonville, Florida by the way.
So which shop do you know and recommend? Would be pleased if you do know one, thanks.
ps. Don't want DIY or do-it-yourself stuff, u know.

If you have the time and patience to do it then try it out. Its not to bad, but if you have never done it, its going to take some time to do it right. Me, I did one car and I will never do it again. Took all day and looked like **** after a year.
I have 15% all around minus the windsheild and I like it. Dark enough to keep heat out, yet I can see well at night.
