Default Some A$$hole

Alright heres the story I leave my car in the parking lot and someone put something on my tires. It's sticky and looks and feels like sap or pitch. But it smells more like a gel polyurethane. Anyways my wheel wells are covered with the crap and dirt now because I had to drive it. But parts also spray onto the sides of my car too whats the best stuff solvent out there to get this off?

Tryed to get most of the already moist stuff off but it wasnt too successful and it's about dry.

Use a degreaser on it and see if it takes it off at all. If not you may have to use an enamal reducer to get that **** off. I dont know how bad it is or the composition of it. better do it ASAP. sap and **** like that only gets harder to take off.

I know I had to put it in the garage to keep it out of the sun. Its nasty ****. It's something you would get at a paint store i'm almost positive its gel polyureathane. Who the **** does this....honestly...
