Xcalibrator 2 choice

I am planning on buying a Xcalibrator2 for my 05' mustang v6. I was wondering what the dual stage rev limiter is and how much of a diference the chip makes. Do you feel alot more in control of your car?

it allows u to floor the gas pedal and bounce off of a certian RPM while the clutch is pushed in.....only in a manual tho
