Default Blower setup questions

Currently thinking about installing the Procharger P-1sc kit stage 2 10 PSI, 42lbinjectors, 75mm mam, 70mm TB, Power pipe 4"<__??..I was told tuning was 575 install was 1200..That was one place, but Ive heard it was roughly that at most places..Apten performace chip install as well which would be tuned, unless they just burn one themselves...What all do Ineed to complete this setup and ensure stability with this kit? Im guessing roughly 410 to the wheels..Do I need to update the blow off valve with this kit? Also, buying used kits? Ive heard with procharger for $75 they will go through the head unit and replace what needs tob e replaced and give a good bill of health so to speak...Anyone suggest this or to disregard this idea? Its a tactic to save money...

Have procharger check the seal behind the pulley and you should be good to go. The estimates sounds about right. And you will be better off if they burn you a chip opposed to the tuner one.

I own an P1SC and have so for 4yrs now. Personnally, for those power levels I would look into a Vortec. Less hassle, easier to tune and cost less. Besides, if you wanted to go bigger later I would buy the D1 Novi or T-trim and be done with it. The P1SC is not really a bad blower, just could be a whole lot better IMO.

Just go with novi2000, i have it on my stock bottom end and I am pushing 399.64 hp to the wheels, and that is about as far as you want to go on the stock bottom end, or you will be buying a new motor.

Ed clark did get it up to 435 to the wheels but quickly detuned it so that we did not blow the motor

i'd go D-1 and detune the boost for now

or P-1SC...

ProCharger's systems are killer, cant really go wrong with them

whatever system you do go with get a IC
