Default Procharger install

My brother and I have been tring to get my procharger installed for the last day and a half. I have the charger and bracket half way install but the tension idler and the bracket are hitting one another thus making it impossible to get the bracket bolted down on both ends.

Somebody please help

You mean the braket its self is touching and blocking the bolt, or you just cant tighten the bolt because the bracket is in the way.

Yeah, do you have the right parts? It just might not be the right part, i asked my buddy and he said it was also tight squeeze when he installed his SC.

Sorry I'm a few days late with my response, But on the 04's the stock tension idler has to be shaved because it has a big hammer shaped head unlike the other years. After I had that shaved down it all went right in with no problems.
