you can do much better by getting a mongoose kit. comes w/ a tune, all you need to do is dyno it to make sure the A/F ratio is ok. its about 4k for everything you need and a choice of vortech or novi if you are going for centrifugal

Vortech s-trim mongoose kit was $3,900 and it came with a really safe/rich tune but it was drivable without even putting it on a dyno if you dont have the money right away to get that done. The dyno tune did gain a lot of hp and torque compared to the mail order tune it came with though.

Never run a mail order tune with a power adder unless its from Tim. Even then, you need to get it checked out before running it.

Good advice. The tune could be spot on perfect but if the other parts aren't working the way they should... . You could have gotten a bad injector or fuel pump. Then before you know it it's too late.

if it doesnt come with a tune, i believe that you can bypass the supercharger by just routing the belt like normal. i believe someone either here or on MPH did that until he got to a dyno. you could also just baby it all the way with the supercharger on to a dyno, as long as you DO NOT GO INTO BOOST!

Its very easy to install a procharger. No oil lines so its all just bolting parts on. Did a v6 mustang,F150,GT mustang all were very easy to bolt them on.
