Default Should I use it.

The deal for my slightly used Procharger D1SC included the Snow Performance Stage 2 Boost Cooler set up.

I was wondering if this is worth installing on my car since I only plan on running 8-10 lbs of boost. Also what are the pro's and cons of this setup if I use it or changes I may need to make after installation. Thanks.

there's no reason to use a chemical boost charge cooler until you start seeing enough boost to get the air that hot... 8-10 naw... try 15+. Using the boost cooler is more likely to end up with a hydraulicly locked motor than any performance benefit at the levels you plan on.
