Default Supercharger question

I have a question about my setup. There is a bracket that connects the filter with the tube that goes to the supecharger. On the bracket there is two holes one with a rubber gromet and the other with a plastic elbow that connects a hose to the driver side valve cover. The rubber gromet on the other side is for the IAT sensor. What has me worried is that it is before the supercharger. Is that going to cause problems? I saw on someone elses post that it has to be on the pressure side. Thanks for your help.

hook the IAT about 12"s away from the throttle body. thats usually a good rule of thumb
