Default Relieving Belt tension on a vortech?

How do you relieve the belt tension on my car? The blower bracket sits in front of the belt tensioner. Theres no way I can get a ratchet on that thing. How am i supposed to swap the belts on it if I need to? I would hope you dont have to remove the head unit....

Default

you have to get under your car and pry the tensioner up to releive the tension. on top of that you have to unbolt the blower bracket to route the new belt. after the first couple time its easy as pie
