I THINK it's the same as any other roots, just mounted under the manifold. This is saleens' and comes with a cooler.

Hmm I dont know if you can. It seems that blower is built into the manifold. The Saleen one looks like its just top mounted.

it is part of the manifold. the blower is the upper (if you wish to think of it that way) and then it dumps them into a short runner intake which goes to the heads. No way to add a intercooler to that setup at all. its not made to be a big hp kit, just a cheap good daily driver safe blower kit from ford.

You know what I meant. Its a solid part of the entire setup meaning it cant be removed.

With whats said by them, boltons with this setup would easily put you at 350rwhp.

Wow, I'm kinda jealous. That setup has a low enough profile to get a strut tower brace across it. There's no way i can do that with my KB. I guess I'm just gonna have to teach myself how to weld and fab one up myself.

im buying this supercharger also, i'd order it all this week but i gotta stick to my budget because i have some things coming up soon (i wish i could get the same price as dfroster). so it will be a month or so but im defnitely getting this supercharger. i love the fact that you can barely even see the blower sitting there and if you dont know what you're looking for you'd never see it. also i can keep my strut tower brace and the price is good. i almost bought a vortech but i really dont want a centrifugal blower i'd be much happier with something of this nature and a kenne bell is way too much $ for me to spend on just a blower.

I like the STEALTH look also. It's real hard to pick out. I know it will produce 400rwhp and have the ECM that already did this on a BONE-STOCK 04 GT with just Ford headers and cat-back, still had cats. I've talked My friend to dealth about this before I sent the money. Hell, if I don't like it he said we'll just "yank" it back off. Install should be about two hours. He's done this a few times. Should happen June 23-24, after the Seaworld, I.O.A and all that. Our wives wont let us do anything until after the trip.:censored: women! I'm hoping he's going to bring his 03 cobra, unsure now, if so I'll have some good pics to post...This thing is mean fast, last time I drove it, it was around 600hp, hell he's an SVT engineer, what-a-think he drives.

i dont belive for one sec one made 400rwhp with that blower and jsut headers and catback. There was one on a car at FFW here it only made 320rwhp with off road h-pipe, catback, tune. Not gonna happen, its not that kinda power maker.

more then likly i bet they were, let me serius here a unintercooled blower with a 6psi or even 8psi pulley isnt gonna do 400 to the wheels with those mods. hell with exhuast i dont think it can. Its a awsome daily driver safe reliable power adder though.

Hold on guys im confused.

I was looking at this kit a few days ago, and was told that ford 99+ models, there was no hardware kit for it yet.. But one of the posts at the begining said there was a hardware kit for 99+ GT's, but I cant find it on the ford racing website.

Plus these things are on ebay for a good price too.

Kit # m9066m463. And spike may be right, I thought it was said 400RWhp but it may have been at the fly?? Forgive me if I mis-stated. And it did include a tune. I've seen 3v with a tune add over 80hp, I'm sure most of you have also. I'm installing it no matter what it makes, I know it will be more than I have now!!

NO not dealer price. He's an engineer at SVT in Michigan. The one I'm getting is the take off one used for testing on the 04 GT they have. Price was 1356.00 That's the only reason I'm doing it. He called me and told me he had a deal I couldn't say no to.

Nice, I'd like to talk with him see how the install and all went. I do see his has stage 2 cams, those are good for around 20hp or so. I know my bud is always on the up-and-up with me, so after it's done I will be going to Dynotune to have a tune and dyno done...I hope to make the same hp...would be very sweet!!

The crazy thing is he's taking it off next week and going turbo. Y'all don't be surprised if a used FRPP blower goes up on eBay next week claiming 400+ with cams.

He said he's got some local interest in it but might put it on eBay to see how much it'll go for. I think he wants ~$2500.

The blower sounds like the perfect blower. I mean its hidden to the untrained eye but putting out 400 rwhp with a 6lb pulley and it being a non-intercooled setup screams disaster to me with the heat that will be made. I would love that with a conservative tune.

6psi isn't going to create an incredible amount of heat though. Yeah, the intake air charge will be hot, but nothing near say an uncooled 9psi system. Still very managable and nothing a Snow meth/water kit won't help out with.

The guy is still pulling 140 degrees per dyno run. I mean give that car a beating one day at the track or on a road course and it could turn into a problem. I dont know, mabye im just skeptical but the more I think about it, the more I want one. We have 17 dealerships in our group so getting this blower at cost seems to just inch me closer and closer to buying it. Eh, mabye ill just go ahead and buy it this summer. Like you said, meth/water injection will solve that problem...

140 deg?? you mean his temp, water temp, is @ 140?? I'm not sure I understand that. I'm just going to leve it as is, I'm getting two pullies with it the stock 6psi and a 7psi. The 7psi is the one that was used for testing.
