Well..heres the new ride.
I took the cruiser path...but only because it was a 750...for $750. Hah.
Threw in a shot of the stang, too...Ill miss it, but eventually Ill get an old GT or Cobra. They're cheap these days..heh.
Nothin too special, but a nice enough ride.

I didn't even know you had a Mustang, well that one. I thought you had the 99-04 Body Style Cobra. Lol
But congrats, not my style or anything, but that's because I'm a Crotch Rocket rider. haha :/
What year is it?

The bike is a '94, with about 16,xxx miles on it. bought it for $750. As you can see in the pictures, it was in need of a serious cleaning, and since Ive had it, Ive polished all the chrome parts on the bike, and put some leather treatment on the seat. Its looking better already...I just need it to warm up, so I can scrub down the engine, but its 33 ******* degrees right now. In florida. Im pretty fed up with the cold weather..
I wouldnt mind having a sportbike, and eventually I will, but..I couldnt really find one that was this cheap, other than a Hyosung 250..which, I had never even heard of until I was a comparison video between a ninja 250r and the Hyosung..and I all I could think was...wtf is a Hyosung? lol...Wouldnt want a 250 anyway.

Sounds legit, post some pictures. I'm not used to cold whether, but 9 months out of the year is like this. haha
So you sold your car, then spent a little on the bike? Yeah **** the 250 and other bike, I jumped right to a 636 and still wanting more. But this is a perfect track bike and off track twisites.

Well, I traded the car for the bike. My stepdad got the bike, and I gave my mom my car, as she hasnt had a vehicle for months, since the caddy broke down. My car, being generous..was only worth about 1200, so to make up for the other $450, they buying the tag, parts I may need, battery, etc..

You guys better quit hating on my 250r! Haha
Anyways, that's a damn nice bike for the price and on top of that it won't cost much to insure compared to a sport bike. You definately got a lot for the amount you paid for it. With a little tlc I'm sure she'll clean up nicely.

Haha..yeah.
I mean, I considered getting a ninja 250..haha..but it was an 06, and still looked like it was from the 80's. lol..plus..I have a friend that has a '10 or '11 Ninja 250, and the damn thing feels like it was 200 pounds..lol. Looks nice, though. I guess mines pretty light, though, for a cruiser...its only 483 pounds. Its definately starting to come along though, as far as cleaning up...Now I need to decide if I want to polish the engine, or paint it, and the wheels, black.

Yeah Kawasaki actually designed that body style in '88 and kept it untill '07. I went with a 2008, it weighs in the mid 300's and it actually looks like newer model bikes. It's an alright bike but it's way too slow, I was between getting a kawi 636 or gsxr 600 but the price and insurance way expensive.
You should probably just polish the engine imo. As for the wheels it might look cool to paint the part that isnt polished and leave the outer rim as is and polish it. I'm not sure how that would turn out, just an idea.

That body style doesnt actually look too bad in black, and without the flames on it, but to have kept that body style since 88 was just..a terrible decision. haha. I really like the new Ninjas, though..they look better than the CBR to me, and honestly..when I eventually get a sportbike..its going to either be a Kawi, or a Honda.
I dont know about your state, but down here in Fl, you dont need insurance if you wear a helmet...of course..you have to pay out of pocket if you **** someones **** up, or if your bike gets damaged, but...more than likely you'll be dead, so it wont really matter.

Yeah, I really like the i wouldn't mind having any of the newer 600cc model race bikes. I really don't favor a particular brand because I think they all look good, but for some reason the k7 gsxr's really caught my eye.
We have to wear helmets and have at least liability insurance. I had a spill two months ago and really fucked my **** up. After that experience you won't catch me riding without full gear.
