Default Possibly the dumbest ricer EVAR???
A member from my site is a cop in the Atlanta area and he pulled this car over last night. INCREDIBLE! Quote below and pics.

So we make a traffic stop on this old hatch Honda bc this kid was driving stoopid!!! Check out his gas tank....LMAO!!!! We towed his **** AND he was SMOKING!!!!!! The bucket was behind his seat!!

a dropped cig will not start liquid gas but taking a drag increases the temp of the cherry and that WILL light gasoline vapor
