Question Who has seen this motor?

Looks like a great build with the 2.2 or 2.6 KB and return fuel system but one component has me scratching my head. Check it out

LOL that is weird, the alternators backwards, and the distributors not vertical, its horizontal, and it has NO WIRES PLUGGED IN! So its not running!

Whatever it is,, it looks very clean, and looks like its in a new edge body.

All KB mustangs have the backwards alternator.

Really its about why the bulder threw in a distributor when our cars run off of COPs.

Yeah that red distributor had me guessing. There is something looking weird on the top left corner too. Is that the intake? Looks weird.

Thats basically a stand alone ignition system, my guess would be for when you're not using the stock computer. MMR sells it.

Is it just me or does the alternator seem to be missing the voltage reg harness?

It'd look way better if they had all the wires hooked up but yeah, it's a dizzy kit. There's lots of reasons to run a billet distributor. Most of them surround the use of a carburetor but it's a neato setup in any case.
