Could have, but they're damn near giving away the Dodge's right now and as much as I hate to admit it, I've got a budget i have to deal with.

That's a sharp looking truck, but I'm with everyone else...not worth giving up the Stang. Dodges also tend to have more drivetrain/transmission issues...You get what you paid for I guess, and if they're practically giving them away, I'd be worried. I would've gone with a 250.

LOL, sorry to disappoint you guys! If any of you had volunteered to pay off the Mustang for me AND get me a new truck, I would have kept it, but Uncle Sam only pays us so much. Hope you don't mind if I lurk around the boards in the shadows...I'm still a Mustang guy at heart!

Ohh yeah I forgot you were military, airforce right?

I guess it's cool as long as you promise to buy another stang in the future. haha

LOL, it's not like I bought the Mustang for great gas mileage either. Just got back from the first "road trip" in the new gas guzzler. Had to go to Dallas yesterday. The Hemi managed an average of 22.3 mpg according to the trip computer. My old fashioned method of pen and paper put it at 21.1 mpg. Not great, but not as bad as I thought it was gonna be.

I don't know about being one of the best looking ones on these forums, but thanks anyways! That means a lot coming from someone with a ride that I thought was one of the best looking ones!

Air Force since 1991...it was either that or prison...

And I wouldn't be surprised if someday there was another 'stang in the driveway...I like them too much to never have one again. I just needed/wanted a truck right now.

I've been at Dyess since 1994...only been to Ellsworth twice. It's a nice place to visit if you like the outdoors thing, but it gets to damn cold for my liking. Yeah, there are a few trucks around here...I think it's a state law or something. The last truck I had was an F150, and before that I had a Chevy Silverado. Guess I'm just trying them all out. I have no complaints about the Dodge yet.

Here's some pics of the old Ford...
