I ask because I bought one this passed weekend too!

the hardest part was getting the old grille off. you have to un screw these plastic screws that sometime don't come out so you really have to work em. them you slightly pull down the front bumper to get at these bolts that are octagon like shape, but the bolts are on the bottom so its hard to get em off. I just used a wrench upside down, took a wile but it did the trick. The installed was like 30 seconds. But you have to buy the extra screws from ford they work better and then no one can steal your chrome pony

use a 7mm socket wrench instead of a regular one it will save you tons of time considering you can't even see the bolts your taking out. That part is the only PITA everything else is a breeze.

EDIT: and the trick for the screws that don't seem to want to come out is to not push down on the screw at all in fact raise the screwdriver as your turning it and then will come right out.

I had to pinch the bottom of the thing that hold the screw in and it came out

Why didnt' you need one of the pieces?

It should be the horse, bezel and rear/center piece that goes behind the pony... eh?

I already had a radiator cover, or whatever they call it. The cheap plastic thing behind the pony.

you don't need a 3 piece it works fine with out it. IMO just a waste of money and a piece of plastic that you don't need

lol

The 3rd piece seems like it would cover up the radiator that would show behind the pony....seeing as it's a piece of solid plastic. The stock grille isn't like that.
