Haha. There's pros and cons to living in Ohio. Since my 'stang is my DD I have to drive it in all kinds of weather so the handling isn't great on snow and ice and the weather doesn't treat my paint nicely. On the up side we don't get outrageously hot summers where the sun kills vinyls. Another plus is that my sister just moved out so now I can park in the garage

Finally got around to doing it. Let me know if you guys see anything out of the ordinary...besides the fact that the pics are comparing old to new....

Wow dude, you weren't lying, those things were faded to hell and back. I hope Mine don't get that bad any time soon.

I have some Carbon fiber vinly and its held up better that the silver since the CF ones are thicker and have a shine. Best is to wax the stripes by hand to help against UV damage.

BTW... just a tip. Ronsonol (liquid zippo lighter fluid) takes pin stripes off hella easy and quick. It dissolves most adhesives on contact. To remove it just wash with soap and water. Won't mess up your clear coat. If your car is old test on a hidden section just to be safe. I've used it on my 01 and now on my 03 whevever I need to take a decal off the thing.
