Well i was thinking about getting painted but... Im just gonna save and have the car's color changed to comp. orange so really no point. the only thing is i just have to get myself to start saving the money. hope fully by next spring it will be the orange with black raceing strips and hopefully get my rear bumper shaved so there wont be any lettering along with no alignment holes in the fenders.

If youre going to paint it orange do it a color similar to the Saleen orange.

Thats really clean, how did you do it?

 

Well i cleaned the engine 1st with castrol super clean with a nylon brush then sprayed some more on it and let it sit for about 2 mins then sprayed it off with a gentle stream of water. after that turned on the engine and let it dry is self off, towl dried the inside fenders with towl. then when dried i sprayed a bunch of armoral on all wires plastic items hoses, intake manifold, valve covers. etc and then turned on the engine and let it dry the armoral (dont wipe b/c it will lead to a deeper shine, only wipe things that reallly needit.)

and for the car after i washed i did the lazy mans way of waxing ie wax-as-you dry spray

bout time it showed up, we have to take some pictures before i leave for school (thursday) and you should keep your car red, not paint it orange

 

with the white hood i give your car a 2


with it painted i give it an 8.5

 

and i bet lowerd and rims will get me a little higher rateing right?
