Yes the gt bumper will fit to the v6 mounting surfaces with no problems

If you bought stock gt muffler hangers or the Pypes hanger kit it should work out fine with minimal tweaking. If not a shop can fab something up that's stronger and better aligned in the bumper cutouts for pretty cheap usually, which was the case for me.

I bought my car from a guy who had a jerry rigged dual exhaust setup and the GT bumper. I'm not sure what he did but it fits perfectly. Also, shortly after purchasing the car, I bought the Flowmaster 40s catback exhaust. Since it was for the V6 bumper, it had huge hangers to compensate for the bumper not having cutouts, since I had cutouts, I simply asked the mechanic who installed the kit to cut and weld the hangers so that they were closer to the cutouts.

the tips will line up. All I had to do was shorten the hangers easy fix

Slightest bit off topic, but couldnt you literally get a jigsaw or saw of some kind and cut out a spot for the exhaust? JW
