Default Bullitt hoses

One of our two 2001 Bullitts is the version that came with a radiator hose going around the pcv valve. This involves a plastic tee fitting (3/4" on ends, 3/8" on top) at the firewall, coming out the heater hose area. On the 3/8'' goes a rubber hose, which on the other end is 1/4" (yes, on the same hose), going to another fitting, which then goes to the tube to the pcv valve.
The local Ford shop is no help, they say the parts do not exist, and I don't know what I'm talking about. What we need is the tee, both 3/4" hoses, and the top smaller hose. Can you do what no other dealer has been able to do, and locate the part numbers and prices?
I say no other dealer can, because this is a fairly common problem posted on IMBOC, and not one dealer has come up with a part number for any of the above.
Thanks,
Jeff Laughhunn

Jeff, if I read this correctly, your looking for for the coolant "T" and 2 hoses that goto the heated PCV valve?

No, I need the two 3/4" hoses that go on both horizintal ends of the tee, and then the goofy hose that goes on top of the tee, which is about 12" long, and is 3/8" on the tee end, and 1/4" on the end that goes to the pcv line.
Thanks

Here is one of the threads on IMBOC, with a couple pictures of the parts.

I've currently got it patched together with more fittings than a Rubix Cube. And I used a plastic reducer to get from the 3/8" to 1/4" hoses, that I'm not sure is temperature rated at all. So yes, I believe I'll be looking at the Ford house for all the other parts from the rest of the "normal" Bullitts, and lose that contraption.
Thanks for your time and assistance.
