Default Timing Set

Randy,
I'm looking for a timing set for a '99 5.4 SOHC. I'm pretty much looking for all of it (chains, guides, arms, tensioners and crank gear) I'm planning on running aftermarket cams and cam gears, so is there any kind of shims or spacers I need? since its a windsor and the gears dont come off. Off subject but, could you tell me if a 03 expedition timing cover (5.4) is different than a 99 F150 and by how much, I know the '03 is 6 rib and the '99 is 8 rib and if worse comes to worse could I just swap them? I'm planning on putting the '03 motor in a 99 F150. Thanks alot.
