Default Left Rear ABS wheel sensor

Randy;

I am looking for a Left Rear ABS module (as my local dealer called it) for my 96 Cobra. After looking at a few sites I can only find ABS Wheel speed sensor. Is this the same part?

My dealer wants to sell me one for $120,, but I can find a Borg Warner with a one year warranty for $73 plus shipping at Shucks.com. Is this a good price, or can you suggest something better?

Thanks for your time.

Randy will be back tomorrow, but I would suggest getting a FORD Motorcraft Product. I think they're around $40 - $50 from Randy...cause he got me my rear abs sensors.

Randy is a good guy and can beat most prices, even with the shipping.

I wonder why Ford discontinued this part when it seems to be a high failure item?

Weird.

Weird.
can't say, I've only sold 1 in 10 years so I don't think there is a "high failure rate"

Well, I was able to get a couple used ones for very cheap so guess I wont need the new ones for now.

Thanks.
