Manual seat rail

Drivers side on a 97 cobra. My power rail isn't moving backwards, only to every other position. Before buying the manual one, any ideas?

well ther are no servicable parts to a pwr seat track. so, your options are this, buy a $300.00 pwr seat trac or $100.00 manual seat track kit
