Question, I just purchased 4.6 underdrive pullies for my 03 4.6 from M/T and was wondering if I needed a smaller belt? I know I did when i put the pullies on my 01 3.8.

 

No the stock belt will fit.It 's a help to make a line drawing of the belt routing so when you replace the belt it will still fit.I skipped this step and was bumfuzzled for a little while.Also,DON"T forget to use silicone sealer on the keyway for the crank pulley or it WILL leak oil.

 

definattlu draw out a diagram. When i put My slp pullies on it almost took me longer to figure the belt out!! Just kidding but it was kinda frustrating
