amsoil is the best oil you can buy for your vehicle.

I use Fords synthetic blend. Its about 1.30 a qt and I havent had any problems yet. Got tired of spending 30 bucks an oil change for something that I really wasnt benefiting from. JMHO

Ive used Castrol in every car since like 1975, now use Castrol Synthetic with a K&N Oil Filter.

I use motorcraft 5w-20. I don't feel like spending the extra money for synthetic blends and such. Haven't had a single problem from the ol' stang. 79k and still ticking strong.

I have always used Mobile 1, however the best is Redline. If you want to spend $7-$8 a quart it will get 2 or 3 more horsepower even over other synthetics.

ok the best oil hands down is Royal Purple and for u guys not using synthetic oil if u race ur car and have it in high rpm's often then i highly suggest u start puttin it in cause ur internals will wear eventually

There was an "oil showdown" thread on a different thread a while back I read which is closed down now. but amsoil was on the top of every list and redline was actually pretty crappy compared to its 7 dollar price tag per quart, I believe mobil 1 actually beat it for less than 1/2 of the price. Usually you arent going to feel a difference between synthetics.

bottom line, change your oil/filter as needed or depending on your driving habits, and you should have minimal problems.

I run Mobil 1 5w30 full synthetic. For the price nothing can touch it. From the looks of how modded most are on here that will be just fine for ya.

The ford brand is a synthetic blend, but yes, they do sell a fully synth. oil for about twice the price.

The Motorcraft 5W-20 is a syn blend... thats what I run. Comes out as clean as it goes in every 5k miles.
