Hey what gear lube and weight should I use for my 4.10's i'm putting in next week? Heard a lot on what I should just curious on what works best?

Are you putting these in yourself or is a shop doing it? The shop should have the right fluids. But Id use Royal Purple 75w90, the royal already has friction modifier in it.

A friend who has a garage shop. Real good mechanic but wants me to bring the fluid.
