4V possibility

i met a guy that has 1996 Cobra 4V heads he can't get rid of. say he'll part with em for 300 smackers. besides notching the pistons, what else will i have to do to make the swap?

im curious why would you need to notch the pistons. you will need a lot of things, i think its easier to get a complete engine.
