Default Tuner required for all CAI upgrades on 2005 gt???

I HAVE A 2005 GT AND EVERYWHERE I LOOK FOR A COLD AIR INTAKE THEY SAY TUNERS ARE REQUIRED... JUST WONDERING IF THIS IS TRUE???

YES THEY ARE NEEDED BECAUSE OF HOW SENSITIVE THE MAFS ARE ON THE NEW CARS AND PLUS A CAI/TUNER COMBO IS THE BEST FIRST MOD FOR 05+ CARS ANYHOW. CHECKOUT WWW.VMPTUNING.COM FOR A SICK CAI/TUNER COMBO.

C&L makes a "no tune option" for their intakes, I got it with my system and works perfect without a tuner. It's an insert that goes inside the MAF housing so not to throw a code because the air flow is basically the same.
