Sorry for posting thread after next, but, being that it was pointed out my car was lowered already, and I'm not familiar with the 4.6, have a look at my engine and tell me if you see anything out of the ordinary. The filter is Mac and its garbage, and is being replaced.

Is this the stock height of the rear, ruler is touching ground not center of the wheel...

Yeah I went to clean my MAF and check my plugs last weekend, and the damn thing is being held onto the MAF by 1 or the 4 screws that are supposed to be there...It's getting replaced ASAP lol

That's a steeda water pump pulley and from the little of the harmonic balancer I can see, it looks to be a steeda one also. So you already have under drive pulleys on the car as well.
