Default X-pipe vs. h-pipe

I'm looking at putting some pipes on my '04 Mach 1. What I want to know is what gives you the greatest hp boost, an h-pipe or x-pipe?

for a high reving DOHC, "X" pipe would be the best choice......

HP bias will always go to X pipe. Sound is normally more muscular from a H-pipe. I'd take randy's advice.

The x will give slightly more power, but the H will make more torque. So you pick which one you like, as there wont be that much of a difference.

H sounds better imo power wise difference is minimal.

This has been beaten to death so many times.
Unless you are a hardcore racing trying to get every mph/hp/tenth, the only difference between the two you'll notice is sound. In this regard, I'm biased toward the h.
